The webinar will include a number of presentations from leading experts:

- Emma Pinchbeck, head of climate change and energy at WWF, explores the multiple benefits associated with sustainable building, including both the cost and carbon savings that result from energy efficiency and onsite renewables and the raft of co-benefits that can result. The presentation will explore how environmental best practices are helping to boost health and productivity, tackle anti-social behaviour, and enhance well-being. The presentation will also look at how some of these benefits can be quantified by building managers and investors.
- Mallory Taub, wellbeing and sustainability specialist at engineering giant Arup Associates, will offer an overview of the latest trends in sustainable building and how they are being harnessed to deliver multiple benefits to occupiers. The presentation will offer a number of examples of the hidden benefits of building sustainably and the best practices required to realise them.
- Nigel Banks, group sustainability director at social housing specialist, Keepmoat, provides an insight into the increasingly important role sustainability is playing in the housing sector. The presentation will explore how innovative new projects and financing initiatives are being harnessed to tackle a wide range of fuel poverty, health, and social issues.
