Reserve your place now at the latest BusinessGreen Leaders Briefing: Towards Net Zero Buildings and Infrastructure
BusinessGreen has extended the Super Early Bird offer for next month's Towards Net Zero Leaders Briefing, following confirmation of the speaker line-up for the latest conference on the transition to net zero buildings and infrastructure.
The Super Early Bird rate of £175 + VAT will now be in place until August 16th. The half day conference remains free to attend for all BusinessGreen members.
The latest in BusinessGreen's series of Leaders Briefings will take place at One Moorgate Place on the morning of Wednesday 25th September.
The session will feature a keynote address from Jenny Hill, head of buildings and infrastructure at the Committee on Climate Change, contributions from leading experts from the UK Green Building Council, Innovate UK, and the Energy Transitions Commission, and a case study on how Network Rail slashed emissions on one of its rail upgrade projects.
The latest Leaders Briefing builds on the success of BusinessGreen's previous events earlier this year exploring the transition towards net zero emissions in transport and energy. The session will provide sustainability executives, investors, and other key stakeholders with an overview of the policy, technology, and commercial trends they will need to navigate as the building and infrastructure sectors seek to decarbonise.
"Buildings and infrastructure are at the heart of the net zero transition and are integral to the success of any business," said BusinessGreen editor-in-chief James Murray. "But for many organisations it remains a sector that is too easy to ignore, despite the huge commercial advantages and environmental benefits well managed green buildings can bring. Our latest Leaders Briefing will provide an essential overview on how the net zero transition will shape this most important of sectors."
The event kicks off a busy autumn for BusinessGreen's events programme, which will also feature the BusinessGreen Leaders Summit on October 23rd, which is free to attend for sustainability executives, final Leaders Briefing of the year on supply chains and land use on November 26th, and the inaugural BusinessGreen Technology Festival and Awards on December 5th, which is now open to entries from leading green technology firms and investors.
