Climate Change Minister joins senior executives from IKEA, BNEF, and Tesla in expanded line up for 10th anniversary summit

Climate Change Minister Claire Perry will deliver the keynote address at the BusinessGreen Leaders' Summit on November 9th, as part of an expanded line up for the inaugural conference.

The Summit, which marks BusinessGreen's 10th anniversary this autumn, will take place at The Crystal in Docklands and will bring together some of the UK's leading sustainable business executives and thinkers.

Perry's keynote speech was announced today, alongside confirmation the Summit will also hear from Hege Sæbjørnsen, country sustainability manager for IKEA UK and Ireland, Seb Henbest, head of Europe, Middle East and Africa for Bloomberg New Energy Finance, and Jon Dee, one of Australia's leading sustainable business experts and host of Smart Money, as well as Hamish Phillips from Tesla.

They join a line-up that already includes addresses from Forum for the Future's Jonathon Porritt, the British Antarctic Survey's Dr Emily Suckburgh, and the CBI's Josh Hardie, in addition to case study presentations from senior executives at Carlsberg and Schroders.

BusinessGreen can also confirm that the Summit's Green Business Innovation Showcase will feature a series of short presentations on some of the latest management and technology thinking that is shaping the green economy from event sponsors Innasol, Open Energi, and the Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership.

Marking BusinessGreen's 10th anniversary, the aim of the summit is to explore the long term strategic trends, opportunities, and challenges that will shape the green economy over the next decade.
