Lem has worked in the content creation business since 1994, mostly as a journalist and editor in the business-to-business sector.

He is currently responsible for content strategy across Incisive Media's Professional Services Division. The division's publications include Accountancy Age, Broking.co.uk, the British Journal of Photography, Computeractive, CRN & ChannelWeb.co.uk, Financial Director, Legal Week and Post.
