Dan Taylor, Camborne Capital

Dan Taylor joined Camborne Capital as Managing Director of Energy in 2015 to lead on all of Camborne's activities in this market.

Dan has spent much of his career in the energy industry and spent the last 10 years working with startups and innovators across renewables and smart grids. Most recently he's led major projects on the integration of smart grid technologies (including battery storage) to accelerate the move to a lower carbon economy. He also has a breadth of knowledge of the balancing markets and demand-side response solutions.

Dan is also interested in not-for-profit development, including rural electrification and off grid schemes that support the reduction of poverty through increased access to clean power sources.
