Entry deadline for the UK's most prestigious green business awards extended to Thursday 31st March

In response to popular demand, BusinessGreen has today extended the entry deadline for the BusinessGreen Leaders Awards 2016 until 5pm on Thursday 31st March.

This year's awards have proven more popular than ever with some companies requesting a deadline extension in order to ensure their entries best reflect their green efforts.

Therefore, in the interests of ensuring a level playing field for all and making sure as many of the UK's top green projects, companies, and executives can be in with a chance of being in the running for the awards we are giving everyone an extra 10 days to finalise their entry.

Any organisation that has already submitted their entry can also now make changes to their entry if they wish to do so and resubmit their entry up to the new entry deadline at 5pm on Thursday 31st March.

Now in their sixth year, the BusinessGreen Leaders Awards are the UK's largest and most prestigious green business awards, bringing together around 600 business leaders, politicians, entrepreneurs and investors from across the green economy each year at our glittering awards ceremony.

Entry to the awards is free, however, all shortlisted organisations are expected to purchase a minimum of two tickets to the awards ceremony.

The shortlist will then be announced on Monday April 11th and successful applicants will have until June 7th to confirm their attendance at the awards on July 6th, when around 600 executives from across the green economy will gather with investors and policymakers at The Brewery in the City of London for the glittering BusinessGreen Leaders Awards ceremony.

In addition to a three course meal and unique networking opportunity, all finalists and highly commended entries will receive a certificate to mark their achievement at the BusinessGreen Leaders Awards.
