Louise Gray

Louise Gray is an author and environmental journalist based in Edinburgh. She is former environment correspondent at The Daily Telegraph newspaper and works freelance for several organisations, including The Guardian and BBC. 

Louise's first book, The Ethical Carnivore, won Best Food Book and Best Investigative Work at the Guild of Food Writers Awards 2017. 

Increasingly, she is focusing her writing on how individuals can make a difference to climate change though the choices they make, such as the food we eat.
