In many industries, environmental impacts are largely dependent upon end-users' behaviour. Yet, how can companies be sure that they are engaging with customers in the right way and on the right topics?

This short presentation will feature the results of a survey on guests' environmental understanding and motivation, and outline how hotels are successfully helping customers curb their environmental impacts.

Case study: Working with customers to cut product emissions - Carmel McQuaid, climate change manager, Marks and Spencer

This short presentation will explore how brands can use marketing techniques and education to ensure the goods they sell are used in a way that maximises environmental gains.
